Explicit consent of the data subject means a stricter form of consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data of a special category in situations where a high level of control over personal data is required, eg in the case of personal data processing concerning the data subject's health, genetic data, etc.

The data subject has the right to delete personal data concerning him, unless the Administrator proves legitimate reasons for the processing of such personal data. The right to delete personal data may be exercised by the Data Subject by e-mail to the above-mentioned e-mail address of the Administrator or the person responsible for the processing of personal data. The controller shall delete immediately, no later than 30 days from the receipt of the request from the data subject.

Right to restrict processing

The Data Subject acknowledges that the Controller may be required to provide personal data by law or to fulfill its legal obligations (eg in judicial or administrative proceedings).

In fulfilling its legal obligations and liabilities to data subjects, the controller partially uses the professional and specialized services of other entities. The controller is therefore entitled to designate a third party as a processor of personal data and the controller shall use only those processors who provide reasonable assurance that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure that the processing in question protects the rights of data subjects. In such a case, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the Agreement established by the registration of the Entity and at the same time the fulfillment of the statutory obligations of the Administrator under legal regulations governing rights and obligations in relation to consumer protection and accounting.

The personal data of the subject will be processed for the period for which the administrator is obliged to keep these data according to generally binding legal regulations, ie for at least 5 years according to the Accounting Act, or for 10 years according to the Accounting Act. VAT Act.
For personal data of a special category, personal data will be processed for the period of explicit consent of the subject.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling when processing the personal data of the subject.
The administrator did not appoint a data protection commissioner.
The personal data of the Entity (but not the personal data of a special category) may be provided to persons who provide legal and accounting services to the Administrator in order to properly fulfill the obligations set out in generally binding legal regulations. The personal data in question will be further processed by the IT network administrator and the administrative service provider. The Administrator has entered into an Agreement on the processing of personal data with these persons.
The personal data of the subject (especially special categories of personal data) may be provided to the clients of the controller in connection with the offer of services that the data subjects provide to the controller as subcontractors. Clients of the administrator can also be from abroad from the countries of the European Union, the EEC and the United States of America.
Except in the previous cases, the Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Entity to a third country, international organization or third parties not listed above.
The Entity is entitled to request from the Administrator access to its personal data, their correction or deletion or restriction of processing and to raise an objection to the processing. The data subject has the right to the transferability of this data to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if the data subject considers that the controller processes personal data in breach of the Regulation.
